Jai sells, services and buys ride-on mowers on Tamborine Mountain. There is a workshop up here, and he is fully mobile within 60km, so the machine either comes to him or he comes to it. Whichever is less trouble for you.
Mowers, not mowing.
This is a machine business. Jai services them, fixes them, sells them and buys them. If your ride-on is blowing smoke, cutting unevenly or refusing to turn over, that is the work.

A 48 inch deck off the machine and stripped down. Decks come off properly here, they do not get patched up in place.
Servicing
Full servicing for ride-on mowers and zero-turns. Oil and filters, blades, belts, deck levelling, and a proper look over the whole machine while it is up on the floor.
Repairs
Broken axles, transmissions, decks that will not sit level, machines that will not start. If it can be fixed it gets fixed, and you get told what it needs before the work starts.

A shed on the mountain, and a ute that comes to you.
Most of the bigger work happens in the workshop here on Tamborine Mountain, where the machine can go up on the floor and be taken properly to bits. Decks come off, engines get cleaned out, and nothing gets guessed at.
The rest of the time Jai is out in it. He is fully mobile within 60km of the mountain, which covers Canungra, Beaudesert, Jimboomba, the Tamborine flats and a good part of the northern Gold Coast.

You do not have to work out how to move it.
A ride-on that will not start is a two tonne problem sitting in your shed. Plenty of people put the job off for a season because they cannot face loading it onto something.
You do not have to. Jai has the trailer. Give him a ring, tell him where you are, and between the mobile service and the pick up there is almost always a way to get it sorted without you touching a ramp.

Nobody wants a mower. They want the block cut.
Acreage up here is hard on machines. Slopes, wet season growth, sticks and stone. A ride-on that is serviced on time and cutting level will do the job in half the passes, and it will still be going in ten years.
